Select one or more categories for your customized commitment, then set a goal for each category

Choose your Commitment fee!

Have no fear, its very simple: By establishing a fee, you are committing to pay that amount for each item you fail to complete in each category. The good news is, if you accomplish what you said you would, you pay NOTHING! Make Sense?

Invite friends to join

You can do a commitment by yourself, but trust us, it is more effective to invite friends or family to join. We find that doing a commitment with other people allows users to stay much more accountable to their goals!
