Founded in 2016, CommitWeek’s Mission is to help everyone improve their diet, fitness, and lifestyle by establishing healthy habits and learning from others to improve different aspects of their health goals. People use CommitWeek to maintain accountability of their dietary and fitness goals, and improve their motivation to achieve more then they thought possible. Healthy living isn’t a fad, it’s here to stay, and CommitWeek helps you get there!
John and Mike met 10 years ago working together in the Army. Since then, they have always discussed the idea of starting a business or company. It wasn’t until 2016, a year after John left the Army, that the idea for CommitWeek hit them. What started out as a weight loss challenge, eventually morphed into what they would consider the premier tool to assist individuals and small groups attain their diet and weight loss goals.
John and Mike are both big on family, and they run their company with that as a guiding principle. They built the app to use together, and with their close friends so they could have a forum to motivate each other, and participate and share in their healthy activities, providing guidance and inspiration where needed. Sharing this with the world is just a bonus!
